for the Covenant Lutheran Cares - Neighborhood Cleanup Day coming in October /
November.
Posted 09-09-09 *Youth and Family Director is looking for more young adults and adults for food pantry at
Mission of Christ (third Saturday every month). Especially in November for Thanksgiving
Posted 09-24-09 * We are planning a fall WORK-DAY at church for Saturday, October 17th. We will
start at 8 a.m. and finish around 2:30 p.m. There are a few projects that need to be
completed before winter gets here. We will have a sign-up sheet in the Narthex
-Pull out several bushes around church.
-Touch-up some painted areas.
-Power wash the Child Care playground equipment.
-Finish the shed walls and paint
-Power wash all the new cement and seal.
-Rake leaves
-There are even a few indoor jobs that need to be done.
-Change shed light fixture
-Change light fixture ballast on exterior west and south walls
-Change laundry room light fixtures to energy efficient fixtures.
-Change lower child care girls bathroom exhaust fan
-Fix Narthex wall molding

service on Sundays. Volunteer once a month, twice a month, or whatever fits your schedule.
